Extended warranty adds additional 1 year of coverage. All service is return to depot, so no field service calls.
Path to depot repair is: Call support, troubleshoot, RMA issued and send for service. Primera pays for return shipping to client, end user pays for shipping to Primera.
Bravo II and Z1 tech have free support for 30 days from their first call. After that its $10 per incident, and incidents can be purchased on the Primera website. An incident can be called upon until it’s resolved.
