All equipment from the Microboards Line of DVD and CD Duplicators and Printers is warranteed for a period of one year from original invoice date of purchase. In addition, an Enhanced Warranty for year one can be purchased, which includes a 48 hour advanced rapid replacement service.

Microboards Advanced Replacement Warranty Program Procedure
- Contact Microboards (phone - 1.925.556.1639, Email - support@microboards.com) to report the symptoms your unit is manifesting.
- Once the Microboards technical support representative verifies that service is required, a Return Merchandise Authorization Number will be Emailed or faxed to the customer along with instructions and shipping address.
- The customer then returns the Microboards DVD or CD product in original packaging and contacts Microboards with the carrier name and waybill or tracking number used.
- Microboards will then cross-ship via Federeal Express Next Day Service* a new or like new unit to the customer as a permanent replacement
