Warranty Information:All OmniTowers come with a one-year warranty from date of purchase. Second year warranties are available from Media Supply. Second year warranties do not include drives. All warranty repair work is offered directly through Media Supply, and the warranty is depot repair only. Media Supply will make an effort to repair the unit over the phone initially. How fast are they?Your 20x DVD±R OmniTower will copy a full DVD in just about 7 minutes, as well as a full CD in about 2-3 minutes. Of course all speeds are subject to using the correct speed blank media.

OmniTowers will copy your audio discs perfectly. As with any DVD/CD copier, a quality master is key, and use of a marginal master will drastically affect your copy speed, master read-in, and output disc quality.
