Incorrect Products:
If you purchased from www.mediasupply.com and believe you received the incorrect product, please call 1-800-944-4237, ext 112 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Any product returned without a RMA number will be refused. Credit will be issued for unopened merchandise only, so please confirm you purchased the correct product before you open the box! All returns must be processed within 30 days of the original order date. A 15% restocking will apply to any open box returns.

Defective Products:
If you believe your Primera product is defective, please call Primera’s Technical Support Department at (763) 475-6669 or email support@primera.com. Primera Technical Support handles all concerns with hardware products. For assistance with ink cartridges and other supplies, please call Primera’s RMA Coordinator at 1-800-797-2772, ext 243.
