Media Supply's Equipment Return Policy:

Incorrect Products:
If you purchased from www.mediasupply.com and believe you received the incorrect product, please call 1-800-944-4237 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  Any product returned without a RMA number will be refused.  Credit will be issued for unopened merchandise only, so please confirm you purchased the correct product before you open the box! All returns must be processed within 30 days of the original order date. A 15% restocking will apply to any open box returns.

Defective Products:
If you believe your equipment is defective, please consult your owner's manual for the manufacturer's technical support instructions. Contacting the equipment manufacturer is the fastest way to resolve any equipment issues. Equipment manufacturers, like Rimage, Primera, Epson and Microboards, all handle their own technical support. ·Media Supply Return Policy

1. All return requests must occur within 30 days of the invoice date, and include an RMA number.

2. Return authorizations are valid for thirty days after their issue date.

3. Return authorization numbers must be clearly marked on the the outside of each carton. Any box without an RMA number on it will be returned to the sender.

4. Return authorizations must be sent freight prepaid. Customers with defective products will be given authorization to use Media Supply's shipping account information.

5. All orders returned or refused after shipment (excluding defective merchandise or a Media Supply shipping error) will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. The customer will also be responsible for all shipping costs -- return shipping, as well as the original shipping expense incurred by Media Supply to ship the item or items to the customer. This applies to orders that include free shipping.

6. There will be no restocking fee assessed for customer orders of non-defective products when a replacement order for equal or greater value is placed.

7. All non-defective products returned must be in the original condition of the sale; non-saleable products will be returned at the customer's expense.

8. Closeout merchandise and special order products cannot be returned for any reason.

9. All defective merchandise will be accepted according to the vendor's guarantee, and newly replaced with the same product that was returned as defective.

10. Media Supply, Inc. sells only high grade duplication grade blank CD-R and DVD-R media. If the customer finds a high reject rate when using blank media purchased from Media Supply, Inc., the customer needs to investigate the cause and exercise good judgement. Media Supply, Inc. will not accept rejected media that is due to drive incompatibility (for example, running 16x product on a 4x drive; drive firmware being out-of-date, etc.) or operator error (for example, putting 78 minutes of audio on a 74 minute capacity disc.)

11. All defective products must be accompanied by a description of the defect. We reserve the right to implement any revisions of the defective merchandise policies from our vendors. Defective products can be tested. If the product is not defective, it will be returned at the customer's expense.

·How do I return items ordered?
In order to return an online order to Media Supply, the customer must call or email requesting an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).

·When do I get my money back, in the case of a return?

A charge-back will typically show up on your credit card account within 24-48 hours of the charge-back being issued. This amount will not always hit on the next credit card statement you'll receive, depending on your credit card company's billing cycle. If the charge-back does not appear on your statement, call the credit card company to verify the amount has been applied to your account.

· Can I return products locally?

Media Supply has one national distribution center in Exton, Pennsylvania. All products must be returned to the Exton, PA location.

·Would you pay for returning items that have been sent wrong? (merchant's mistake)

Media Supply pays all shipping fees for returns of items that have been sent wrong due to a merchant's mistake.

·I paid with a Visa, MasterCard or American Express prepaid gift card. Now I have a return, but I got rid of the gift card. How will you process my refund?

Media Supply strongly recommends saving your used gift cards, just in case you need to make a return. We can issue credit back to them, like a regular credit card. If you have already disposed of the gift card, Media Supply will issue store credit.
