Everest 600 v. 0505A_2.45 Firmware

Firmware enabling legacy Everest 600 printers to use Rimage 2001469 (500 image) transfer rolls.

Rimage has introduced two new products featuring an integrated Everest 400 printer, the Rimage 3400 & Rimage 5400N. The Everest 400 printer uses Rimage's 2001469 500 image transfer ribbon, as compared to the older version 2000491 1000 image transfer ribbon.

This firmware update will enable your Everest 600 transfer ribbon to work with the new Everest 400/600 transfer ribbon, and also enable backwards compatibility if you still have Everest 600 transfer ribbons in stock.

At Media Supply we have already implemented this change on our inhouse Everest 600 printers, and there has been no change or issue with the firmware update.
