Many times a white inkjet Taiyo Yuden DVD can be a better fit with full color print, as the white background can be a better base for inkjet printing on DVDs. If you are looking to use the metallic look of the Silver surface to accent your artwork, then the silver inkjet surface can be a real plus, often bring well designed artwork to life. One aspect to keep in mind is the “mirrored” silver reflective layer on a DVD-R can give you a different look than printing on a Silver Inkjet CD-R.
